I understand that all event fees are non-refundable, but my spot can be transferred to another participant up to 3 days before the event start by emailing welcome@crossfitleiden.com I acknowledge that my registration is only complete once payment has been received (except for volunteers).

By participating in this event, I declare the following:

I understand that participating in HYROX simulations, and similar sports events involves risks of injury.
I participate entirely at my own risk.
I release CrossFit Leiden, its coaches, volunteers, and partners from any liability for injuries or damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
I will always follow the instructions of the coaches and judges.
I declare that I am in good health and that I am participating under my own responsibility.
I give permission for photos and videos taken during this event to be used for communication and promotional purposes.
I understand that photos and videos of my child may be taken during the event. These will only be shared privately with the participating kids and their parents — not used for public communication or promotional purposes.
