I understand that participating in HYROX simulations, and similar sports events involves risks of injury.
I participate entirely at my own risk.
I release CrossFit Leiden, its coaches, volunteers, and partners from any liability for injuries or damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
I will always follow the instructions of the coaches and judges.
I declare that I am in good health and that I am participating under my own responsibility.
I give permission for photos and videos taken during this event to be used for communication and promotional purposes.
